Beautiful hotel, great position, easily accessible from the airport by water taxi, fantastic views, junior suites have plenty of space and are beautifully furnished, very friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfast, very enjoyable afternoon tea, especially after walking the maze of venetian streets all day, free WiFi for keeping up to date, marble bathroom with good sized bath, easily able to regulate our rooms temperature for comfort.
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel which we selected due to trip advisor reviews. Especially, we found the staff more than friendly. They went out of their way to help us with timetables, restaurant suggestions, and sights we might appreciate, particularly the lovely Alvise. Thanks so much.

This Hotel is definitely recommendable! Super service. The best - the barman was sensational, he does the Martini the old fashion way and knows his business at its best.
Breakfast is rich. Rooms (we had Lagoon view) are perfect in an old fashion style.
All staff was very friendly and helpful.

We recently stayed in the Hotel Londra Palace for four nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is located within a short walk to St Mark's square and, providing you have a front room, has beautiful views across the laguna and St George's island.

We had a suite which is not much larger than a western motel room but quite spacious for two adults. The bed was very comfortable and there was a bath, both necessaties after foot slogging it around Venice.

The concierge was extremely helpful in arranging transfers, giving directions and recommending places to eat. The complimentary breakfast was basic but adequate and the pastries were above par. The hotel has WiFi which is adequate for checking emails and general surfing where speed is not paramount.

The one disappointment was that the kitchen was being refurbished while we were there so it wasn't possible to eat at the hotel restaurant. As this was off season it is understandable that it was being done at that time but no one had informed us that the restaurant wasn't open until we had gone to eat there. Other than this it was a most pleasent stay.

what a place to spend your 60th birthday, my room had fabulous views over the Laguna of Venice, the hotel staff were excellent and offered a high standard of service. I would recommend this hotel for its location, accommodation and service.
