We stayed at aqua palace for 4 nights. This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed. The rooms are big,spacious and clean. Good buffet breakfast selection, friendly and personal service staff. Good location. We have a 18 month old baby and it's great to be staying in a centralized location as we are able to hop back to hotel often. Will definitely stay there again!

Aqua Palace is one of the nicest hotel I have stayed in. Front desk staff very friendly spoke English . Breakfast was a good selection.Stayed in a junior suite with canal views the marble bathroom was great.Would recommend anyone wanting a 4 star hotel.A+

This hotel is superb. I have travelled the world... many countries including Venice 4 times. In Europe, hotels can be very hit and miss. I have stayed at some hotels that are really good, ok and some that you would let you pet stay in. This hotel is outstanding. From the moment you walk in, the decor, the feel, the fact that it is in the middle of the shopping district or the great buffet breakfast (yes - it is great) - you will have an awesome time here. I stayed in a junior suite - quite lovely and very roomy. Great bathroom, bed - oh just lovely and the staff - great. They even turn your bed in when your out late so when you come back to your suite, it is warm, bed turned and the lights set in such a lovely mood. Be quick though... this hotel is fresh on the market and I can tell from the amount of people walking through the door enquiring that it will be a set venue for Venice for a long time. Please - if you come - stay here or you can write a review to say I was wrong..... I am not - trust me!

We had a last minute two days in Venice with our teenage sons (who are very savvy and polite), and the Aqua Palace Hotel was absolutely perfect. Beautifully situated, lovely decor, generous rooms, awesome bathroom, genteel living room set up when you get off the elevator, and the staff was also superb. Accommodating, friendly, reliable. We can't wait to stay there again. Can't recommend Christmas at this hotel enough!
