It is tucked down a little side street that is a little tough to find but as long as you follow the directions then no problem at all. It is really central and handy fior everything. The staff are friendly and are happy to help with any enquiry. Breakfast is very good and there is complimentary tea, coffee and pastries available all day. Room is great, very unique. Bathroom clean and modern. All in all a very enjoyable stay and would definitely return to this hotel.

My wife and I stayed there for 4 nights in mid-January 2012 and we had a beautiful Venice experience. The hotel is just a bit tricky to find (if it's your first time in Venice) but it definitely deserves it. The whole hotel has a personality, beautiful decoration and style. The breakfast room was pretty nice with sofas and little tables. The hotel provided us with espresso/tea 24/7. Also they had some croissant available at all times! (No-extra charge). Our room was spacious enough for Venice. Very clean and cozy, the bathroom was brand new (as the entire hotel is 2 years old). Really liked the bedroom, very stylish and of king-size proportions. Finally everyone from the staff was genuinely polite and friendly. Especially Massimo who welcomed us and gave us some tips and the young girl who served us our breakfast every morning and made us more than one cappuccinos each day!! I would definitely go back!!!

Hurrah …that was the first thing we all said when we entered into our room (Marzo). What a room. So spacious and colorful with nice view to some of the channels. Coffee machine was there and also Sony Play Station so my older boy was very happy.
Location is also nice as you can reach St. Marco in 5 minutes (if you know the route).
Breakfast is also great.
Cannot recommend this hotel more …you have to go there.

My husband took great care when researching a hotel to stay at in Venice and he made the perfect choice! Upon arrival, Beatrice and the team were most welcoming and as the air conditioner in our room was being repaired, they arranged for us to stay in an even better room than originally planned. The hotel staff were always friendly- they were happy to book taxis for us and offered recommendations of where to head. They also arranged for the handbag I left there to be sent home to Melbourne. There was a really lovely balcony available to all visitors, which offered delightful views of the nearby canals and the rooftops of Venice. Hope to head back someday...
