“Murano Palace: schei well spent!”

Cesare knows how to welcome, to look after and to say bye-bye. It is only a bye-bye because it is easy to go back to this B&B.
Well organized, well kept, clean and reserved. With a Jacuzzi in the Deluxe Room with vista sul canale I would have rated it Excellent. Jummy food Italian style for breakfast and served with proper Venetian elegance.
Definetely money well spent for a short staying.

“Fantastic bed & breakfast”

Great guesthouse, hosted by Cesare. Murano is a peaceful haven away from the fanny pack-wearing tourist hordes in Venice, an 8 minute water bus journey from the northern shore of Venice. If visiting Venice, stay here. Cesare's son's restaurant, named "B", is round the corner and offers fantastic food at unusually competitive prices.

“Our Best Stay in Italy”

Murano Palace is a gem - beautifully decorated B&B. Cesare makes you feel at home and is enthusiastic about sharing information on Venice and the glass business. He takes great pride in providing one of the best breakfasts you will find anywhere. His croissants are like non other - a real treat. Each evening we looked forward to coming "home" to the quietness of our room on Murano Island - away from the hustle/bustle of Venice. We are thankful for the tip left on Rick Steve's Graffiti wall, otherwise we would not have found this place. Thank You Cesare for a great place to stay!!

“Can't wait to return to Murano Palace!!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 13 November 2011

The hotel was so welcoming and friendly, the rooms are exquisite and the location is amazing. Cesare the owner told us everywhere we should see and his knowledge and advice were excellent. His son, Lorenzo owns a restaurant literally around the corner and it's probably the best restaurant in Venice, definitely the best on Murano Island, we had a fantastic evening there with beautiful food and surroundings and loved it so much we returned the next day for lunch! We would return to Murano Palace and would definitely recommend it to our friends and family!!! Thank you Cesare and Donatella, our honeymoon was perfecto!!!!

“Wonderful hotel and host”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 12 November 2011

Gorgeous room and well equipped bathroom in a clean and modern hotel. We stayed in a room with a canal view which was absolutely lovely! Away from the bustle and astronomical prices of the main island, but still very accessible.Loved taking the waterbus with the locals and this definitely added to the charm and experience of Venice for us.
As everyone has stated already, Cesare the host was absolutely wonderful. We arrived very late due to a delayed flight, yet he returned to the hotel to welcome us personally. The next morning, he spent time with us, equipping us with a map, and giving us so much useful information, including explaining that aqua alta was to occur the day we left and even offering to help us carry our bags in the water, to the water bus stop. Honestly, we came across some pretty awful customer service across Europe (I suppose you can find that anywhere in the world though!) but Cesare was like a little ray of sunshine. We still talk about Venice with fondness because of our stay at Murano Palace. We would DEFINITELY stay here again next time were are in Venice.

I should also mention that we had dinner at a very modern restaurant owned by one of Cesare's relatives just around the corner, which, unfortunately, I dont remember the name of, but which served really good food, and the staff, like Cesare were accommodating and friendly. (I wish I could recall the name! Its in a small courtyard, approx 50m further up the canal, travelling away from Venice island)
