The is not so much a hotel, but a hotel-like room without any other hotel services. You're paying for a good quality room and bathroom. Located minutes away from St Marks Square. Make sure you do your research on finding the hotel - it's tricky.

Otherwise the room was in good condition, great bathroom, TV, Air Con, fridge. It's quiet in a very small side side right near the Bulgari store.

The manager is very friendly the cost for this location is remarkably low. I would gladly stay here again!

Perfect location, minutes away from St Marks Square. Locating it could be tricky. I was very grateful for the directions left by other reviewers. Hotel is in side street where Bulgari store is, along Calle Largo XXII Marzo (Teatro Fenice area).

Staff very friendlyl. Note that it's a serviced room-there's not hotel facilities, like reception desk etc. However, the staff are located in nearby hotel & available & very helpful. But, this suited me well-who needs all the hotel trappings??

This hotel was very cute, not spacious, nice bathroom. It's conveniently located near St. Mark's Square. We had some difficulties finding it, but it's on the corner of Blvgari store. The sister hotel is Hotel Ala if you're arriving after 6pm. It was quiet, and clean.

Believe it or not during my time in Italy over the last 12 days, thi shotel has been my favourite and it is only a self catering 1 or 2 star rated residence up a side street a stones throw from Sain Marks square.

The room is spacious well presente dan very clean and fresh. Basic but it has ll the tools you l need. Th eair con is ubber powerful and remains on when you leave the room.

We were slpa bang in the middle of one of italys most expansive cities and this little number is that little black dress your wife keeps a secret because its a gem!

You have your room only and thats it. The location is amazing right in designer central heaven. Travel to and from the mainland is very simple and easy to and not far from our lodgings.
