A great place to stay, close to all the sights.
The accomadation was beautiful and so clean.
A fantastic breakfast and such helpful and friendly owners who went out of their way to make sure we had a great time.

The owners were very friendly and insisted that we let them know if there was anything at all that they could do to make our stay better. The room was spacious with en-suite bathroom. Both were exceptionally clean. The breakfast consisted of yoghurt, bread rolls and croissants, fresh fruit tea and coffee which was perfectly adequate for us.

The B & B is a few steps from the lively Rio Tera San Leonardo which has a good choice of restaurants, trattorie, bars and shops. Turn left onto San Leonardo and a 10 minute walk brings you to the station. Turn right instead and a 10 or 12 minute walk brings you to the Rialto Bridge. It's ideally located.

A charming b&b well-placed in Venice: close to the train station and the stop for the airport shuttle (and the Casino), but still private, pleasant, real Venice. Innkeepers Valentina and Arnulfo go out of their way to make your stay a pleasant one. A great value and a great find!

A tiny B&B very well held by Valentina and Arnaud, a charming couple which welcomes you with a big smile and which could do anything for assuring you a great stay. Ideally situated in a calm and narrow alley, just a step from the Grand Canal, from the Casino and from the main street Terra della Maddalena. Very practical also if you wish to walk from the Piazzale Roma, only 10 minutes walk. The room is big and very clean, the bathroom is modern, everything is very well maintained. Possibility of having breakfast in your room!
