I stayed there during Fashion Week as a last minute thing and felt like I wanted to burn the place down soon after. Not only did I wind up paying more, which I was prepared to do anyway, but I paid almost triple for a disgusting room, internet that didn't work, a non-existent breakfast, and to top it off terrible service. Had the owner, some guy named Nicola, who looked and dressed like Leatherface from Texas Chainsaw Massacre, had better hygiene or at least shown some effort to make me feel at home, I could have let a few things slide. But he didn't. He looked straight out of a homeless shelter and was even deranged and abrasive. I had never in my life felt like choking someone at a hotel reception. If you ever stay in Milan, find someplace else.
