I really do not recomend u guys this hotel, it was the worst experience in my travelling life. First of all STAFF - very unkind and very bad english spoken. 'Lady" said "Sorry, I dont speak english" and spoke italian to us, unbelievable. My reservation was cancelled night before I came to Paganini - so how the hell I supposed to know that something was wrong with? I've never got any message - oh, sorry - they send me an email at 2.30 at night, at the time I was in plane to Milan. Secondly - rooms...stinky stinky stinky - I dont know if that was a smoking area of Paganini but after one night smelling fags I said Thank you, Bye.

FIRST- dont be surprised if, at the hotel, you'll foud out that the reservation has been canceled at night and you have no place to sleep- they do what they want and dont care about you at all.
SECOND- staff do not fully understand what is being told them. Rude, ignorant, unhelpful and not respecting the rights of the customer service. (after 2 days in another place we got last night in paganini so there is 'third')
THIRD- the room stank of cigarettes, no towels, no bedding, uncomfortable bed.
I strongly do not recommend this place, especially for tourists.

The owners are very friendly and help you to find the places you want to visit and they can tell where you the 'hotspots' of Milan are. The staff/owners speak good enlish.
The rooms & bathroom are clean, the rest of the facilities are what you can expect for the money you have to pay.

The hotel is only 200 meter away from the Lorreto metro stop, this is one of the biggest stops in MIlan where stop 2 of the 3 metro lines in Milan. In 10 minutes from hotel door you are in the centre of MIlan. Walking to the city centre takes around 30 minutes.

I would stay here again if I ever go back to Milan.
