Very low price accommodation. Daily cleaning hotel rooms. Free WiFi. Near to the subway and store (Carrefour). Very nice and smiling staff. I recommend!

Recently (May 2008) had a five night stay at Hotel Edy and was very pleased with the experience overall for a budget hotel. The room was very spartan and the bathrooms are shared (in the hallway), but we knew this in advance so were okay with it. We did have a shower in the room which was nice, but the door was darn near impossible to close without a struggle. There was also a bidet in the room right next to the shower and not at all partitioned off, so that was kind of off-putting. But the place was immaculately clean and the people who ran it were really nice and very helpful (I speak Italian, which helped, since it seemed like their English was minimal). While not so far from the city center (and right near a metro stop), if you want centrally located this sn't it. If you want a pleasant and inexpensive hotel in a non-touristy neighborhood this is a perfect choice.

We had a great time in Hotel Edy in Milano. The hotel was not expensive at all and very very clean. This was the most important thing for us. The hotel was near a underground and only a few stops from the centre of Milan. I would recommend the hotel. People were friendly and helpful (but barely speak English..)
