We had a really bad experience with this hotel.
1) Our room was very cold and the owner told he can't do anything, because if he puts more then +21 in common room, police will come (that's not true!). But windows had some gaps and in our sleeping room it wasn't more then +17.
2) We bought some food and put it in the fridge in common kitchen. It was put in a bag and couldn't seem that it's for everybody, but somebody has eaten it while we've been away. Seems it's not the fault of the hostel, but owner could explain better to his guests which food is offered by hostel and what not to take.
3) When we came the room was not yet ready, so we left our bags in the room and went away. When we came back, the room door was fully open, so everybody could enter and take our things.
4) The "best" experience... We had a reservation for Friday, but our flight was canceled because of snowstorm (it's force major BTW). We replaced our reservation for the next Thursday and on Thursday we paid by cash, but they took money from my account for Friday too. And now they are trying to take money already third time for the same one night!!! And I have to spend my time to solve these problems with the bank.
so be careful, because they are CHEATERS!!!

Our flight was to arrive in Bergamo around 8PM and we had hoped to be at the b&b at about 9, head out to eat see some of Bergamo by night and then leave the next morning. However, our flight was severely disrupted and we arrived after 11PM. We got a text from the hotel to say they had changed our room to another hotel as it was so hot and the other had airconditioning. The text said the other hotel was the same price and as close to the centre. In reality there was only air conditioning in the sitting room not bedroom and it was further from the train station. However, it was possibly nicer than our original room. Because of the language barrier we never really discussed the room change. The new room was in an apartment with 2 rooms, shared sitting room and kitchen (buffet breakfast) it was lovely. The bathroom was amazing all marble with the fanciest shower I had ever seen :) We arrived so late all restaurants were closing the family put us in their car and drove us around to find one and eventually persuaded one to let us eat. They also looked after our bags the next day while we wandered around Bergamo. So in conclusion there was a bit of a mixup but it all worked out great and a lovely family looked after us after our horrible flight!
