Ideal location. Quiet condusive place. Beautiful view from the terrace and a review. Well kept and clean. Near the bus stop. Near the old town. Very friendly hosts.

Just returned from a couple of nights in Bergamo where we stayed in Villa Rina..we were delighted with our accomodation.
We were met at the airport and taken directly to the villa for 15 euro. Well worth it If you cant be bothered with the scrum for the bus.
We were shown to our room by Sabrina..The entrance to the villa is quite steep so be aware If you have low mobility.
I would describe the accomodation as quirky...Our own entrance..with a single bedroom , which then joins onto the double..It also has a separate bathroom for your sole use. it all looks fairly new..
breakfast is served in a lovely bright room which also has a sink and fridge..ideal If you fancy a bottle of wine..We bought it at the supermarket and chilled it for a few hours before drinking it on the terrace...Wonderful..
The terraces have amazing views right accross Bergamo..
The villa is situated between the new town and Alta..A 20 min stroll to both..A really great location..
Would definatly reccommend this and hope to visit again some day ..

Attended a wedding Bergamo, mid June. Stayed in this B and B a couple of nights. Located about 17 min walk to the old town, about the same to the lower town. On the bus route. Very clean, and comfortable room, with a great sun terrace, with views of the old town and new town. I would certainly recommend this.

We (two adults and two teenagers) stayed at Villa Rina for two nights - longer would have been better! Sabrina is very efficient and helpful and replies promptly to e-mails. The accommodation is high quality - there are only two bedrooms and as we had booked them both, we also had sole use of the kitchen and lounge - with amazing views! The bedrooms can be partitioned off and have their own access, so quite private, if you are not renting both. Comfortable beds and thick walls, so noise didn't bother us. There are two bathrooms, both with shower. A terrace leads off the lounge and from there, up again to the roof terrace with breathtaking views! Breakfast was served on the table in the lounge - yoghurts, cereal, rolls, crispbread, salami, fruit juice and fresh coffee - it was plentiful!

Sabrina's son, Matteo, collected and returned us to the airport for E12 each way and this was well worth it and was stressfree. Bergamo is lovely. We enjoyed both the Citta Alta and the Citta Bassa. The girls enjoyed the shops in both parts of the city, the wonderful atmosphere in Citta Alta and all the great looking boys!! I have never been on a city break before (thank you Ryanair!) but absolutely loved this one and would go again like a shot! One word of warning - lovely meal at the restaurant at the top of the second furniculare, but VERY expensive - E160 for four of us ... gulp! That'll teach us to check the prices first!! Great, view though!!! We managed to fit in a trip to Lago d'Iseo, by bus from Citta Bassa, took about 50 mins and the lake was beautiful. Have a wonderful time. Thank you Sabrina and Matteo.
