We stayed here for one night to break up a journey from Switzerland to Croatia. The hotel building looks brand new and is easily accessible from the main Milan-Venice motorway. Off-road parking is available in front of the reception. The hotel is in a not very exciting area in the suburbs, but it was only a short drive the the centre of Bergamo and the old town. Although not huge, the room was spotlessly clean and nicely furnished in a modern style. The owner/manager was very friendly and spoke good English. Overall, a very nice little hotel and just what we needed for this overnight stop.

We stayed for 4 nights and were very happy we chose this hotel. Modern, very clean, nice bedroom, nice bathroom (only shower), no frills, safe in the room, free wifi, free parking. The owner speaks Italian, English and Spanish. The hotel does not have laundry service, but there is a lavanderia around the corner. Drinks on the terrace of La Plaza
(they give you free snacks with the drinks!). Lunch and diner at restaurant Il Tito. Both on Piazza Emanuele Filiberto, 5 minutes walk from the hotel.

We arrived early and our room was not quite ready, however they worked on it right away for us and we only had to wait a few minutes. The front desk was so helpful and he went out of his way to make our stay comfortable any was very helpful with answering all questions and providing directions to the sites to see. The rooms were exceptionally clean along with the remainder of the Hotel. It is very well looked after and maintained.

I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to everyone.

Incredible service. We arrived early and reception had them clean a room for us right away. It is a short bus ride to the center..cost is 1.20€. The fellow at reception did not have 2 bus tickets to sell and the local establishments were closed for the afternoon (just about everything closes from around 1:00/1:30to 3:00/3:30) so he drove somewhere quickly to get us tickets! The rooms are clean and modern. Breakfast is included with the room and has everything you need to get yourself fueled up for the day. I cannot say enough about the exceptional service here...they go "the extra mile" and then some.
