The property is located on the first Monterosso al Mare exit, and is probably the only reasonably-priced lodging establishment with FREE parking. The room was nice. Walking distance to the town. The lady who runs the B&B is very nice and speaks English and Spanish. The only drawback was that there was no hot water for shower (it runs out if you are the last person).
