Stayed there after a business trip for 1 night. Now i can say unfortunately for only 1 night. The location is excellent, apartments are spacious and staff are extremely friendly. Many very nice details like Penhaligon's shampoo in the bathroom and selective Parma's beers in the cafe on the 1st floor. The only thing i can say i didn't undersnat is that they don't have a breakfast included. Guys, i know you will read it, what's the deal?
As a conclusion i must say i won't be thinking of any other hotels when going to Parma next time. Only the Palazzo.

Stayed there during a business trip and gave my family the possibility to visit the city from its central location while I was working during the daytime.
The location is excellent; the small apartment like room was beautiful and extremely convenient for out 18 month old toddler to move freely and play inside.
The staff was very customer oriented and when we had some issues with the parking arrangements, they were first to apologize and make amendments to the situation (a bottle of champagne was very welcomed to ease the inconvenience).
The sounds of the Duomo bells calling for mass in the morning was a wonderful way to wake up at 7:30. There only option for Breakfast is having it brought to the room. I did not like it at first, but this allowed us to stay in pajamas and keep the baby asleep while we enjoyed our perfect cappuccino, a much better alternative to a crowded breakfast room
We had a fantastic time there and will most likely return to it in future trips to Parma.

My husband and I celebrated our 25th anniversary in Northern Italy and Palazzo Dalla Rosa Prati was a delight! We LOVED it!!! We stayed in the Fiordiligi suite which was very clean, huge, comfortable, and included a kitchenette. There was also free wi-fi which was good since we had a laptop and ipad. The shower was the best shower during our entire stay - delightful! Our room overlooked the Square, Duomo, and Baptistry. The Palazzo is right in the midst of shopping and restaurants; great location! We can't say enough about Vittorio the owner. He and the staff were very kind and generous from the beginning of booking our reservation, to checkin, and during our stay. The first evening they were so thoughtful that they surprised us with champagne and strawberries for our anniversary! Thank you Vittorio for the kind gesture! We did have a car and the staff gave us a garage recommendation (14 euro/day) very close to the Palazzo; in fact they drove with my husband to assist with the parking location. They also assisted in making dinner reservations for us. Staying at Palazzo Dalla Rosa Prati was wonderful and we plan to go back and visit again! Thank you again Vittorio!!

This was our last stop of a 6 day trip to Italy and what a wonderful and relaxing stop it was. The Blue room in the front of the hotel was large and comfortable. We opened the windows to enjoy the sounds and views of the square and Duomo. The weather was cold and raining but that didn't deter from our visit to Parma. We loved the location of the hotel within walking distance to everything. We woke up in the morning and opened the windows again and when we looked out there was a school group of children walking up the street with colorful umbrella's. It was a great picture. Wouldn't hesitate to book this hotel again.
