This is a good location if you need a stop on your way to airport etc and is traveling by car. Close to the Motorway but in a quiet suburb of Parma. Free parking for the car and the room was ok. It s a really good restuarant in the hotel with many local dishes and some excellent Lambrusco Wine.

The management of this hotel need replacing....

The eception staff (at 1800) spoke little english and were dismssive and surly.

The restaurant menu is woefully thin and results in "minimalist" food of a very poor standard.

The Waiters are rude, inattentive and mono-lingual.

The buffet breakfast was inexcusable.. cold scrambled eggs..curled-up and hardening ham and stale sliced bread!

WiFi was NOT FREE! Please amend your website.

This Hotel should be downgraded by at least 2 Stars until the management team make it as good as the building it lives in!

The hotel was a last minute decision after a long-than-expected drive. We saw the sign easily and booked a room just past midnight. The reception was good, very nicely decorated and very friendly staff (excellent English spoken). The room was comfortable and clean and quite big. The only problem we encountered was very quickly dealt with and only caused a minor delay in getting to sleep! The hotel was quiet despite looking very busy. The breakfast buffet was very good, lots of choice and well presented.

The Hotel is located only a minute away from the Motorway.
The room was great with a lot of space.
The restaurant was excellent but a little bit expensive, spacious breakfast and great Service.
