“Don't book this hotel”

The location of this hotel was really good considering if you already know how to get around Rome as the staff were incredibly rude and un helpful, only one lady speaks English.
The rooms were incredibly small and the bathroom, especially the shower were disgusting, the supposed cleaning of the rooms everyday is a lie.
The included breakfast was a joke, by the Second day we were sick of eating only bread and decided to eat out instead.
No wireless and the nearest internet cafe was 30 minutes away. Terrible hotel never again
Disappointed aussies

Excellent hotel in the right location the Metro on your doorstep. The rooms were clean and spacious, linen changed everyday.Managerment and staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was set out lovely and eat as much as you want . with as much tea and coffee as you want served by two very happy polite ladies. If we ever return to Rome, we would most certainly re book this hotel.

Excelent location on exit of underground. Staff friendly enough if you're friendly. Remember - you're in Italy and they speak Italian. The whole world does have to have English as fluent second language. Breakfast adequite - unless you are one of those tourist who stock up lunch in your handbag from the breakfast table. Very good value. We enjoyed our stay.

“Great Location, Friendly Staff Good Hotel”

On first arriving to the hotel we we're a bit taken aback by the fact that the hotel only occupies the two floors or the building it is located. but aside from that the hotel literally sits on the Bologna (Blue Line) metro which makes it an excellent base for exploring the magnificent city. Although it is on a main road and being a light a sleeper this was something that I struggled with but the rest of my party did not. The hotel is based in what we considered to be quite a residential area and because of this there were not many restaurants located in the area although the ones we found were excellent although for more choice would recomend possibly eating closer to the center if none take your fancy.(Although bear in mind that after 9pm the Line A closes). The staff were very friendly and even though we spoke little Italian we were able to communicate with them well. They were very attentive and when we encountered a problem with our room they were able to move us very quickly with no problem whatsoever. The rooms were basic but did offer television and mini bar and realistically we spent little time in them because we were exploring the city. The breakfast was good and offered a varied selection but not the greatest Like other reviews we were also asked to pay a city tax which is something we were unaware of so that's something to bear in mind it was apparently 2 euros each day per person. All in all a good stay and would reccomend if you are on a budget and not concerned about spending a great deal of time in the hotel.

“Nice hotel and good location”

This hotel is situated out of the city but in a wonderful location. The underground was right on your doorstep. The hotel is situated on the 4th floor of the building. Do not let the entrance put you off. The rooms were great, with a balcony. Breakfast was good and the hotel staff were outstanding. They were the most helpful and friendly that we encountered in Italy. We stayed for 4 days and loved every minute of it. Highly recommended.

Room Tip: Ask for a room overlooking the park.
