Hotel Laura what can i say:
Good Points:
*Hotel is beside the (Bolonga Metro stop) which makes it easy to get around Rome
*Hotel is clean and tidy
Bad Points:
*Breakfast wasn't worth calling breakfast and you couldn't get what you wanted you had to wait till someone got it for you and in most cases this was the maid who was cleaning a room one min and next serving you your breakfast without washing their hands!!!
*Extra €4 per day room tax which no-one told us about
*Staff aren't helpful at all, seem to be there just for the sake of being there
*Hotel is based on the 4th and 5th Floors of a building (never came across this before and found the hotel hard to find on first arrival
*Found the hotel very nosiey at night so the walls most of been made of paper!!
*Also in our room at night the lights keep on turning on and off in the middle of the night which was very annoying when your trying to sleep.
Few more points but am not going to continue and make myself angry again!!
Loved Rome and enjoy my time there but will not be back at Hotel Laura or will not be recommending it to people to stay in.
