I've been to Rome with a friend for a week.
I had almost never stayed in a B&B and this stay will certainly make me consider this type of accommodation in the future.
The owner does really everything in his hands so that you have a very good stay.
The location is perfect, as you can go around almost everywhere by walk (if you're not too tired) and is well served by bus lines as well.
The apartment is in a beautiful 19th century apartment building. The decoration successfully mixes modern and ancient items. It has 3 rooms (only one with en suite bathroom - for the other two, the bathroom is in the corridor - but this is not really an issue) and a kitchen.
Breakfast is self-service. You have a good choice of fresh and packed goods. You can make fresh coffee, eggs and you have namely ham, cheese and oranges at your disposal, besides good bread.
The cleaning lady is not friendly at all (even impolite), specially if you don't leave the apartment when/ before she arrives, so that she can be at her ease to do her work. It's true that we never managed to leave the apartment early enough... :-(
There is much noise coming from the street - but ear plugs are provided.
Well, our stay has been very pleasant and we can certainly highly recommend this B&B to travelers who want a more welcoming and friendly place to stay than a normal hotel.
