Everything in this place was great! Luca is the best host you could ever get, he will give you the best recommendations to have a real italian experience with a map of the city (don't miss an ice cream at "Giolitti" or a coffee at "Sant' Eustachio", both are famous culinary experiences that you should have at Rome). He will also prepare a nice big breakfast everyday (consisting of bread, white pizza, cheese, eggs, fruit, juice, capuccino...) and he will be friendly and helpful at all times. The B&B is located very near to Vatican city, thus, it is a very safe place to walk around even at night, it is also very quite, so the sleep quality is very good; and the best is that it's very close to all the attractions of the city (at 20 minutes walking the most), so there's no need to use transportation. This B&B really had earned every good comment it gets from its guests, and by sure I recommend it! Thanks for everything Luca!

We stayed at At Your Place B&B in September.
We had an amazing stay, the staff were excellent, very helpful, friendly and went out of their way to ensure we knew our way around and provided tips on where to go out. We enjoyed dinner and shopping all a short walk away and it is very central to everything.
Our room was spotlessly clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, the shower was great and the room was tastefully decorated, immaculate, and comfortable. The bed was firm and comfortable. The decor was very tasteful and the attention to detail extremely well thought out.
We will definitely recommend and stay again when we return !

This was our first trip to Italy. We took a taxi to the B&B where Luca was awaiting our arrival, he was standing outside the front door when we drove up and he helped us get our luggage inside. Luca was very thorough with all the details of getting into the building and into your room as he showed you every lock and key and how to open the safe and turn on the television.
The best part of the B&B was Luca! He did everything to make the trip special. From a wonderful breakfast s to instructions on the best bus to use each day, he did everything to make sure we were well-taken care of during our entire visit.
The room was quite spacious and clean, nicely decorated with a king bed very comfortable. It had plenty of closet space.
The bathroom was sized perfect - huge shower(double the size of a standard one in the USA) - all brandnew modern fixtures - Bidet, toilet and sink were all lined up and there was ample room to move around -
I would stay here for sure on my next trip - Luca is so warm and eager to please - hard to come by that kind of service and attitude - Thank you so much Luca, for making our stay so comfortable and memorable.

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits dans ce B&B . Nous ne pouvions demander mieux. Tout est neuf et propre. Notre chambre donnait sur une rue tranquille . Nous avons donc très bien dormi.
Luca est un hôte tout dévoué qui ne demande qu'à nous aider. Il s'est notamment occupé de nos réservations à la Galleria Borghese. Il nous a aussi donné des trucs pour éviter les longues files d'attente à divers sites. Ses conseils nous ont été très utiles. Merci Luca.
Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et exquis.
Le B&B est très bien situé. Nous n'avons donc pas eu recours à aucun transport en commun pendant notre séjour, ce que nous trouvions très important.
Un séjour très agréable et un endroit que nous recommandons sans hésiter.
