Plus side:
1. Bus from Roma Termini stops near here with 5-10 minutes walk. Bus stop right outside the gate. However, the subway station is far...in Rome though, your survival around relies on bus more than train so it should be fine.
2. Really really huge rooms - can fit in one whole family in there! Plus, if you don't feel like going out, you can cook in the kitchen.
3. Eateries in the corner, a couple of restaurants nearby...you won't starve :)
Minus side:
1. The noise - if you can't tolerate noise in your sleep, am afraid you have to skip this :(
2. There's no everyday clean up of rooms BUT I don't think it should be any inconvenience for you. Furthermore, they are very clear that they don't change towels every day or do clean up every day.
3. A bit quiet street..if you are looking for the loud, festive nights, this is not the place to stay. However, quiet it is, it seemed safe since I am solo and walking home by myself at night from the bus stop to here. (Plus, the cafe in the corner helps bring life to the area).
