we stayed there for a week. rooms are very clean, the place look very well kept.
the shower is new and spotless (but maybe won't suitable for a very large person).
located 100 meters from a metro 3 staions from vatican, 50 meters from a super market, and above a great & cheap resturant . the area itself is very good (not like termini area with 2 homelesses in every corner).
the place is like rooms to rent, with shared kitchen. breakfast is self sevice, with coffee toasts, jam, cheese and juice. small but satisfied.
the owner is amazing person, always smile and willing to help you with everything you need.

This was the best place I have stayed this summer. The rooms were perfectly clean and very modern and if I returned to Rome I would diffently go back! We has a balcony in our room and although it faced a new building suit we slept fine and this did not disterb us. The onwer Luca was very plesant and Alexandra the day time assistant was very nice and left out room so clean even arranging our shoes, perfect. Internet access was free and very useful to look up tourist attractions. You could help yourself to all on offer at breakfast and there was a good variety.
The website is exactely how it is there is no surprises, pitty there wasnt more LT rooms in other citys as other places I have stayed really dissapointed me.

Stayed here for four nights in June when it was extremely hot, our room was spotless, bright and new with A/C and a private bathroom. This B&B is located in a section of a residential apartment block so can be difficult to find at first. Its perfectly located 3 mins walk from Metro and only a couple of stops from the vatican. It was perfect as a base for sightseeing only a few stops from the major attractions. There is a handy supermarket on the next block. Breafast was basic but perfect if all you want is a quick snack before heading out sightseeing. You get the use of the fridge and kitchen also. We didnt get a balcony in our room, number 7 (I think!) but this wasnt an issue. I would reccommend this B&B as the perfect base for sight seeing in Rome, if you are looking for somewhere to stay where you can relax and chill out its probably not the place for you as there is no lobby or reception area, you come and go with your own keys and the manager/owner is only there for check in and check out. Free internet was a great bonus and Alexandra the house keeper was a pleasure, full of chat and smiles in the morning!

Beautifully renovated flat. Lots of extras that we didn't expect from a B&B (i.e. Parquet flooring, room with a balcony, free internet, SKY etc). Good position for the Vatican Museums and all sightseeing in Rome, with the Metro stop a few mins walk away. We liked the help-yourself breakfast too and staff were very friendly. All in all great value for money!
