AVOID AT ALL COSTS. First room - No toilet seat, TV broken, not vacuumed, stale cigarette smell, no wifi as advertised. Second room - not vacuumed, stale cigarette smell, no wifi as advertised, broken LAN port. Complaints raised with front desk staff, after discussion with manager agreed to let us leave without penalty, yet a week after we left Italy they charged the full amount and claim to not speak English when called. Disreputable, dishonourable and frankly just dirty - save yourself the hassle as this "4" star hotel is barely 1 star...

what a terrible hotel, aircon did not work big stains on the carpet, rude staff and the smoke alarm was also not working. This was booked with AIRMILES they need to remove it from their list. Also a very dodgy area at night by the station. Dont stay there!!

We never actually got to the hotel. We booked via phone and email in October 2009, gave card details and had several emails confirming the reservation. We had 7 people spread over 3 rooms

2 days before travelling I emailed the hotel to double check and Guess what?, our reservation had disappeared,

Sheer incompetance and no help in sorting the problem out

The hotel was OK,, not good and not bad. It seems that there was a lot of difference between the rooms because we were staying here as a group and some people had jacuzzi's, whereas others only had a simple shower.

The district was not so fine. In the daytime the whole area is an illegal vending area, so all you see is cheap bags and sunglasses from China. The trainstation is right next to the hotel which is practical. There was no noise from the street, which is always great for a hotel. Breakfast was edible, but not high standard.

When I left, I left a expensive woollen vest behind by accident. I had purchased it back home and the pricetag was still on it. I called the hotel from the airport and heard that they had found it. They promissed to send it to me when they got my address by e-mail. Two e-mails and three weeks later, they were still pretending to never have received my e-mails. So I sent a fax, and they claimed they didn't receive it either. So I sent a second faxmessage and called straight away. The said they received my fax and were going to send my vest it to me straight away. I never received my property and when I called after that they told me to call back or not pretended not to understand or not to speak English. I can only conclude that the staff are thieving and lying.
