I have been to Naples on many occasions, but I have only just discovered the most fantastic Bed and Breakfast. It is run by an Italian lady called Rosa, who is the most kind and welcoming person you could wish to meet. The two storey flat from which she runs the B and B is wonderful. Decorated in an extremely elegant Italian style and spotlessly clean, it is situated in Corso Vittorio Emanuele. This is a very central and safe part of town, between two furnicular railways which are only one stop from Via Toledo or Monte Santo. Or, if you are feeling energetic, just ten minutes walk down the hill takes you into the centre of Naples. There is the most wonderful panaromic view of Naples from Rosa's terrace and kitchen/dining room. Rosa's breakfasts are incredible, one of the reasons being her own home-made jam. If you want lemon in your tea, she will pick you one from her tree on her terrace. She speaks a little bit of English, too. Her rates are extremely competitve. If you are a tourist or a business person, I really do recommend her B & B, as it is a real home from home.
