I agree with previous review - this place is totally over-rated. I was a solo traveller in a 4-bed dorm and the room was really, really tiny. Every morning and night we were all tripping over other girls' shoes and luggage. Bunks are super squeaky, and room was stifling (I saw no sign of a/c, despite what another poster said). At the weekend, the party downstairs was super loud both nights... I swear the crowd was hurling themselves against the walls for hours on end. With common room open to 3am, this gets a little ridiculous for those who want to get up early and go sightseeing. Needless to say I checked out and into a hotel room to enjoy the last half of my stay in sunny, beautiful Valencia. On the upside, the staff was really very nice and friendly, security was good, and loc is great.

we booked our room via lowcostholiday website but they couldnt find our reservation when we did call them just in case - as we wanted to confirm our stay. At the end everything was ok but it s better if you dont leave it at the last moment as we did. overall we paid 18 pounds for 3 nights each. we had (5 girls) a one room with 6 beds and they preallocate a starnge guy who stayed with us one night and another one who was with us for 2 nights. it was a bit strange experience a the beginning but thanks to that we were able to meet more people from different countries.
the room was clean and next to the terrace. it was loud in the morning as a dance group of young girls stayed there too. the kitchen was a great place you dont have to take any stuff with you as they provide everything - cutlery, plates, pots etc.
the location is very good and it s a walking distance everywhere apart from the sea side.
great place for the hen or stag nights that s for sure!

So clean & welcoming. This was a fantastic place for us. Close to most of the popular things on our list. The staff were amazing, so helpful.

I stayed in a 6 bed dorm. When myself and 2 others in the room were bitten we checked the beds. We found the bed bug feces on the bed and an adults and babies living in several cracks in the ceilings. The manager has refunded all but one of the nights I stayed. I have had to through away my luggage and other infested items that can not be cleaned sufficiently. The manager will not compensate me for my loses. He says the refund is enough. I should not have to pay to stay in an infested room so compensation should be extra. He claims to have had pest control in. He does not understand how difficult it is to get rid of bed bugs and can not deal with the problem properly. If he did understand then he would give me compensation for the things I had to throw away. He claims I could have cleaned them and I am lying about how much they cost. Insult to injury. I now have over 50 bites after I left and the nightmare is not over yet. Yes they are in my things and I have cleaned to the extreme.
