The location of this B&B couldn't be better! Out of our entire Spain adventure, this stay was our most enjoyable one. The staff was superb from suggestions for touring the city to serving a wonderful breakfast with excellent coffee. They made you feel like part of a family! We opted for a shared bathroom which was great. There were 3 bathrooms from which to choose! Free wifi, plasma TV, lift, large room with brocade ceiling, water, coffee, tea in room, bicycles to use, are just a few of the extras. We cancelled another reservation and reserved an additional 2 days at this B&B. You will love it!

There are no words that can describe what a fantastic and great stay we had there!
Great location, great staff, great product.
Rooms are spacious, modern and minimalistic design.
Minimac connectec to LCD screen in the room, comfortable bed, coffee and tea facilities avaialble.
Upon arrival we were offered a glass of cava as a welcome drink, information given about the specificities of the Hotel.
Breakfast is more than correct considering the price we paid for the room.
Met the owner next day, very friendly guy who cheers a lot this Hotel and understand perfectly what Guest can expect when going there.

I LOVED ROOM 102!!
The only thing, the water bassin (sink) is too small, can't really do anything without sparkling water all over the floor. ah also bring shampoo, only shower gel is provided.

This is a real B&B, you get nice service with a smile and added value by receiving touristic information, free copy of map, and a friendly atmosphere. It has real spanish charm combined with a fresh cheerful decoration. Room was large with airco, shower, extra air-fan, hot water kettle for making tea. Breakfast is everything you need.
Supermarket nearby, 2 minute walk, busses nearby, 2 minute walk, to get to centre in about 10 to 15 minutes and beach in 15 to 20 minutes.
The B&B was surrounded with scaffolding, wich was compensated, very attentive and proofs this b&b is about hospitality. We suspected the scaffolding was a sort of harassment or pressuring for payoff.... The scaffolding did not make any impact on our stay, so don't be intimidated by it.
TV was available in the room, although unused.
Free wifi is definately an added value. Coming from a 4 star rated hotel in madrid were we had to pay 10 euros for 24 hours of usage.
Available bikes for rent (10euro a day) also an added value.

Charming, great value for money, its a real b&b: don;t expect a 5 star hotel perfect stay, but everything you need, well priced. Beds are great, but don't be surprised when you wake up in the middle of the night by late guests, or other surrounding noise as you can expect in any other residence. When using noisestoppers you will get your full rest.

Things that could be improved for better experience:
Lights in hallway automatically turned off, or less bright, or a sign asking all guest to turn off the light. (lights were annoying in the middle of the night)

This was one of the cheaper options in Valencia, we travel on a budget. The service and extras are beyond what we paid, lot´s of details and personal attention. we received a free bottle of cava, where do they give that now days? we had a very big room and the decoration was lovely. maybe not the place for a traditional traveler but for somebody who likes something different then a chain hotel.
