We were very sceptical when we arrived due to certain comments we'd read on here.
I must say i did'nt find the reception staff overly friendly, but they were ok.
We were put in one room on first night, when we'd booked two, they put it right the next day and we got a free brekkie for the inconvenience.
We stayed in august and the Spanish take their holidays then so 80% of the hotel were foreign,
what we really liked was the lack of Brits in any of the 3 blocks, so the pool was a really nice place to be around, no noisy idiots and a distinct lack of tattoos, which was a pleasant change from the norm. The pool is very safe and has a Life Guard on patrol.
The location is good, a bus ride from Central Benidorm, there are plenty of places around, and yes you may see the odd lady around the front of the hotel, but they did'nt bother us nor did they try to. A supermarket is attached, spanish girl in there is very friendly, does'nt speak much english but very nice and helpful, prices are ok.
Did'nt cook much but everything was there if you wanted it.
I really liked Cala Finestrat, nice Brit places to eat /drink if you want that.
All in all very good.
