Stayed here in may for a week whilst on holiday with my Mum, The room was very clean and the shower was the best shower i have ever stepped foot in. The hotel itself is situated about 1 mile from the beach and is in walking distance from all the major attractions including pups, beach etc. The reception was very helpful in giving us information for all the activities we wanted to do. We were self catering and were delighted that there is a supermarket just around the corner which was extremely cheap! The room was very quiet as the hotel is just the right distance away from the nightlife which we found brilliant. Would stay here again if i was to go back to benidorm.

Just returned from a 5 night stay in Benidorm at La Era Park apartments. Upon arrival we were dropped at the bottom of the street by the airport shuttle as the road is too small for buses. However, unlike some people here have mentioned the walk to the apartments is only approximately 100m at most and the hill is almost non-existent. Check in was a breeze and the staff were friendly and helpful. We didn’t have to pay a deposit and were placed on the 8th floor. The room was spacious and clean, had a decent sized lounge and balcony with sea views. Shampoo, shower gel, and towels were all provided. There was a safe in the room. However, we had to rent the key from reception - although this only cost 16 euros for 5 nights and included a 6 euro deposit that was refunded when we checked out and returned the key.

The location was great only 5 minutes walk to old town and 10 minutes to new town. There are plenty of local bars and restaurants near the apartments that provide food and snacks at very reasonable prices – e.g. full English breakfast for 4 euros, and an evening meal for between 6-12 euros.

The only set back about the whole place was the washing machines, which were located in the basement and cost an extortionate amount, 10 euros per wash - needless to say we did not use them due to the price.

We stayed here last April for 5 nights and when we hadn't seen a maid for a couple of days we asked at reception and were told because we went budget holidays we weren't entitled to one which had never happened to us before, also as we had a late flight we asked to borrow a towel to have a shower and were asked for two euros each just to borrow one, wont stay at this hotel again although it was a shame as the location is really good.

just back form 2 nites at la era,when we wrrived we got dropped off at btm of hill, wasnt too steep, than the steps up to front door the door man watched us hogging the luggage and didint even open the door,then learned he was the bar man!the man at reception wasnt pleasent we were on the 7th floor, heating good at nite, toaster blew the trip had to get replaced,kitchens not well equipped as had no sharp knives or bottle opener, cereal bowls didnt hold much,had kettle, and bathroom had shower gel and shampoo,tv remote was 5 euro deposit and 3 a nite, the 2nd nite there was alot of unwanted guests in our room,ants by the hundreds up the walls in kichen in bathroom and bedroom,hardly slept for thinking of them, the are was within 5 min of old town and 10 of new town, also the primavera park was cross the rd and big supermarket behind la era good for beer wine food, bar at place man was good enough to open our wine but not that friendly.
