Location very good. Accomadation very basic. Tiles missing off the bathroom floor. Kettles didnt work. Told to use a pan by staff. Clean towels and bed linen very rare. 1 lift and kept breaking down. Takeaways very near. Security wasnt up to standard. People were getting robbed in daylight.

As soon as we walked into the reception area we knew we had made a mistake, we specifically asked for a lower floor but when we booked in we were told we were on the 10th floor, it went down hill from there. Got to the room and as soon as we opened the door it didn't smell good at all, tried to open the sliding doors on the balcony to let some fesh air in but the doors are that stiff and hard to open they nearly fall out of the slides, first look at the rail on the balcony (aliminimum rails) first though was oh uh they are not safe, gave them a little rattle to test and they nearly fell off, went straight down to reception to complain and said they would send someone to fix it, went into the bathroom and I could've sat and cried at the state, the toilet wasn't even bolted to the floor so had to be real careful when sitting down on it, the bath had a overhead shower that leaked from the bath taps and the shower head which all you could hear was the dripping all night long, looked in the kitchen and as I walked in the smell was horrible, (atleast the fridge worked) on looking around found a tin of mushroom soup ontop of one of the cuboards that had been opened and gone mouldy and just left there, went to complain again and they said they would get it cleaned the next day. Went out for the day to give them time to fix and clean everything up but nothing was done at all, again had to complain to the staff and the answere I got was " that's they way life is around here ", we only went into the apartment to sleep and never spent any more time than we needed in there. Sitting around the pool a couple of days into the holiday and a young couple with two young kids started talking to us and told us that they was in their room while the kids had a little sleep but they had nodded off aswell, but while they were asleep they were robbed, all money taken as well as other personal and sentimal items, they reported it to the staff and was told that these things happen there and they know who is doing it, apparently two spanish girls are going into unlocked rooms and robbing people but if somone sees them they just say sorry wrong room??? come on how many times does this have to happen before they actually stop these girls. The holiday was great until time to go back to the apartment when things get depressing again, this apartment block is less than basic and no matter how much you ask for help from the staff you just won't get any. I wouldn't recommend anyone with kids or expecting a clean room to stay here, oh yeah and if you expect to get any sleep at night you will struggle as the noise is so bad with mainly the spanish shouting and drinking right outside the grounds as there is a bench where they all seem to sit and drink and inevitably fall asleep.

I have read some of the feed back from other holiday makers who have enjoyed it, well I really can't see how they did at all, if anyone thinks I am exaggerating then go see for yourself, I know I won't make the same mistake twice. I would've taken photos of the room to prove it but we never stayed in the room any longer than we had to.

i would say overall for this holdiday a great fun holiday if ure young and in gangs of boys or girls, if ure a family dont even think about it as u would be very dissapointed. i went with a few of my mates over 30 we had a great time as it is in a central part of benidorm within walking distance of all bars clubs and food, really cheap food too. The sunsea is a very scruffy apartment block, no maid service to clean your rooms u have to take out rubbish yourself u have clean towels every 2 days, not very well kept a lot of things damaged in rooms because of gangs of people makeing a mess, pool was very small but lots of fun. Staff were friendly at all times even when they had numerous complaints, my rateing would be 5/10 thats because of the apartments not well maintained but 10/10 of fun, nightlife, food ect, u also have to buy your own toilet paper so remember to take some. HAVE FUN.

Hotel v.basic but fantastic location in middle of lively bars. The lift broke down 4 times in the week we stayed and 2 of my mates got mugged around the property in early hours.
