“A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!”

I travelled all the way from New York only to stay here. It was recommended by a friend who stayed here previously,.
He was right about everything. The view, the excellent and perzonlized service, the romantic feeling about the whole experience and the lavish feeling all around.
We took a couple of treatmets at the spa, and they were extremly acommodating in every need.
It is very well located in the old part of Benidorm, which makes it an excellent place to stay if you want to get to know the place.
I would've stayed at the hotelall the time if it werent for my girlfriend. The food is great, the service is outstanding, and Ainoa, te director was very friendly and recommended a few places in town.
A must!

Room Tip: Ask for the director, she will do he outmost to acommodate you.

“Highly recommended”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 30 January 2012

Stayed 9 nights 14 Jan 2012 and found reviews to be reliable. We booked standard room requesting balcony but were told on arrival these did not have one.We were later moved to a suite which was much better with 2 small balconies.more space including storage and second large screen TV in lounge.Location and service excellent and bar prices reasonable for 5 star.If you have a car best to check parking beforehand.Manager(ess) very attentive and even escorted us. to local restaurants and translated menus.

Room Tip: Storage in standard rooms very slightly limited(not helped by umwanted cushions on beds)

“Exceptional service”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 15 January 2012

Situated on Benidorm's seafront surrounded by the ocean, staying here is the closest thing to cruising (which we love to do) with it's huge floor to ceiling glass windows overlooking the ocean. Waking up every morning to the sound of the Mediterranean is amazing. The pool advertised as a swimming pool, however, could is best described as a large jacuzzi but great for those who are not strong swimmers!
Finding this hotel is a challenge, we used Sat Nav which sent us up a street which was a dead end when doing a U turn a large flashing automatic bollard came out of the ground stopping us from exiting the road and trapping us. Luckily I speak Spanish and managed to explain that we were trying to locate the hotel and had followed our Sat Nav and were now stuck. The man on the other end of the intercom seemed unfazed when hearing our plight and gave me directions before lowering the bollard. There is a charge of 20 euros a night to park the car which is vallet parking and they will collect and deliver your car back to the door with just 15 mins notice, however finding you way out with all the oneway systems is just as challenging!
When we stayed there was no internet access in the room but the staff were amazingly helpful even offering us the use of their laptop while they got the problem sorted, their service was exceptional and very friendly. The food was also great and other than the location I cannot fault this hotel. We are not lovers of Benidorm and did not appreciate it's proximity to the Benidorm's Levante beach, the rooms was cosy but functional although the shower leaked rather badly. Our stay was enjoyable and the staff amazing but I would not choose to go back due to it's location.

A very nice experience. Great location in the old town,Very friendly and good service. Food very good (half board). The room J suite great 5 star standard with everything. To wake up to the view of the sea was better than a cruise . Just a great holiday. We will be back.

“Nice, cozy and comfortable hotel with great views”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 28 November 2011

Small boutique hotel with great views over mediterranean sea. Located in the old town over a small clift over the sea, the views from the room are great. Near (walking distance) both from levante and poniente beaches.

Very friendly and responsive servicie. Rooms are not too big but well fournished (jacuzzy, wireless, plasma tv, small terrace, and specially, amazing views.

On top of the building there's a small external solarium and a covered jacuzzy. There's also a covered small gum with another jacuzzy and a small sauna.

Restaurant stardards are quite good too.

There's no garage in the hotel but hotel staff tales care of it with a nearby external one.

Hotel location is very good, at the very center of the old town and 5 mins walk from beaches.

Probably best suited for couples or solo travellers than for those families.

Taking the last into account I can openly recommend this hotel to anyone willing a 5 stars accomodation in Benidorm.
