food was really bad we paid full board and we ate out every day i had 5 tee shirts an two pants to be washed charged me £47 pounds mold in the bathroom stunk of drains didnt get any sleep with a lot of shouting emptying the bins at 1 in the morning had to have door open air con didnt work it was disgusting nothing for the kids pool my gran daughter hurt her foot in the pool due to the tiles falling of in the bottom of the pool nobody spoke english got no manners didnt even get a drink with our evening meal cost us a fortune just so we can get some food it has put my husband of going abroad now it needs condeming we went to ambassdor playa every day day now theres a top hotel amazing got everything you need
