The hotel itself was rather pleasant when it came to facilities. There is a nice bar and restaurant. Kids facilities are good, and decor is quite nice. Staff were also nice.
There is a swimming pool but we cannot comment as it was closed, which wasn't mentioned on the hotel website.

Now for the first issue: Location
Unless you want to be spending money on taxis or tackling the murcian transport system then I would say the location is too far out. It becomes tiring walking 30 minutes to the centre everyday and back.

Next issue: Air con
The air con in the room was next to useless and we had to sleep with the windows open.
It got so hot sometimes that I couldn't sleep.

This leads on to the third issue: Noise
This was the worst issue. On thursday we found a group of large nightclubs very close to the hotel. We were worried that this may cause a little noise. That night my fears came true! for the next three nights the hotel vibrated with the nightclubs music. There was no escape even if we closed the window.
So if you value your sleep, stay away

Stayed here in September 2011 for two nights. It was a stop over between the late night flight in to Alicante and the drive to Villaricos, near Garrucha and Mojacar.

it was clean and spacious. There was a roof top swimming pool and sun lounger area.

It was a short bus ride to the centre of Murcia. I love Murcia. It's very warm, even in September. There was free parking in the road directly in front of the hotel (marked bays). I would recommend that you don't book the hotel car parking until you at least check for available spaces in the road.

There was a good selection of breakfast items - cereal, juices, cold meats, pastries, and some hot food. You could either sit in the restaurant or eat outside in a secluded 'terrace.'

The staff were excellent and very helpful.

Stylish, modern hotel. Modern buisness class hotel with free WiFi, pool, on site parking and clean spacious rooms. Our stay included breakfast which was perfectly adequate. Bed was really comfortable although did'nt like square pillows.
Found staff helpful and professional.
Came to explore the city although it was a walk into the centre, we caught the bus as it was hot weather. Bus was only 1euro, ran a regualar serice and well located for hotel.
Would definately stay here again, will return to Murcia!

Hotel excellent. Very clean, staff friendly and helpful, child friendly. Swimming pool great for our grandchildren. Food at hotel good but restricted to set menu in restaurant, bar only had snacks. Not many restaurants in the area so we had to go to city of Murcia for meals. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay and would go back.
