This hotel is full of friendly staff. The rooms are comfortable. But here are some observations. The hotel restaurant does not open in the evenings until 8:00 PM. There are no English-language newspapers available in the hotel. The staff are very friendly. Not everyone is proficient at English. But everyone does try hard. This hotel is for the Spanish, not international, business traveler. The room I'm staying in is very clean. Internet access is odd - you have to purchase a prepaid card. Sometimes the hotel runs out of them. I stayed here for the location. I'll probably end up staying here again. If this place would offer English-language newspapers and have more staff who could speak English, I easily could recommend it.
