Had stayed for 3 days. Located on the main street, next to a super market, it is convenient if you are in the city for work or business. For a tourist like me, the train station was a little further than i expected, and it took time to reach the main attractions of the city. The rooms were not very clean, the linen didnt appear fresh. Despite confirmed request for a street facing room, i was given a room that overlooked the drain pipes of the hotel and the neighbouring buildings.
Bathroom was clean and well appointed.
Reception staff was casual and definitely not keen to help who did not speak spanish. If I go back to Madrid, I would try another hotel.

This hotel is very good for the price. We found it clean and the bathroom was fine.On the second night of a 3 day stay we found lots of teenagers staying in the rooms next to us being a little noisy,just talking and the doors banging until 2am.We asked to move the next morning and this was done with no problem. We did not have breakfast here as we prefer to eat out. We purchased a 3 day travel pass @ 13 euros and this included the bus and metro, also the metro back to the airport. Excellent value. Madrid is a lovely city and we plan to go back.

The hotel is in good condition and our room was very comfortable and clean. The bathroom was also modern and clean. The neighborhood is full of locals, not tourist, which is nice, but also means it's a bit out of the way. It's a 10-15 minute walk to the metro and another 10 minute ride to Opera/Sol. There is a bus which stops right out front of the hotel though, which goes to Plaza Mayor. Nice hotel especially considering the hotels.com special rate!

I stayed here in September as part of a Cosmos tour in a triple share room. The room was fine with 3 single beds and a nice enough bathroom. Breakfast was average. No free wi fi offered by the hotel, and the lobby was always full of large tour groups. The location was not impressive, being in a residential area and we did not feel safe walking around of a night. The local bus stops out the front, but I would prefer to stay closer to town.
