although it's a bit smaller than i imagine,it's a great place to stay.but if you're not fit to climb up stairs,you might want to think twice,with you heave luggages and stuffs.but if you dont have probs with long stairs,then it's perfect!the owner is very friendly,helped with my friend's luggage which was locked and the key was inside the luggage (funny thing? ).
so yeah overall,recommended!i am quite a choosy person so you can trust my review =] God bless

“Excellent value in the heart of Madrid”
The apartment is very clean and well equipped but small; it was adequate for 2 people but would have been a very tight fit for 4. The owner lives upstairs and is friendly and helpful. The location is superb - in the heart of the old city, in a safe, quiet residential street, with bars, restaurants, food stores and a market nearby and all the main city sights within walking distance. The only real drawback is that the apartment is up four flights of stairs and there is no lift, so it would not be good if you have heavy luggage or a mobility problem.
