Went here for a two nights stay on a business trip.

The hotell is very luxurious and beautiful. Service is excellent. The reception area is impressive, large and welcoming. The room had a well sized balcony with a pleasant view. The room itself was very comfortable and well decorated, bathroom very fresh.

The breakfast is excellent and the breakfast area is relaxing to sit in, with a nice view too.

OK gym facilities. Indoor and outdoor pool. Valley parking service.

Thumbs up all the way.

Just home from a truly wonderful break at Dolce Sitges. The first night did not go well as a problem with our booking meant we had to be put up at another hotel ..... We were obviously very disappointed. BUT, when we did get to the Dolce the following day they could not be more apologetic and more than made up for the inconvenience with room upgrades for both rooms, spa treatment for the 4 of us, champagne and one of their Bar BQ dinners. Thank you Dolce. Overall the hotel was first class, from the rooms which were spacious, fabulous bathrooms and toiletries, turn down service, great pool area and excellent food. The buffet breakfast was full of fresh food (fruit offerings were particularly to be commended), continuously replenished and every possible option you could wish for. The themed Bar BQ evenings were very good too, with good quality meats, fish and full buffet of accompaniments. My only (minor) criticism would be that food on the BBQ didn't start to be cooked until about 2015 when the restaurant opened at 1930, and on one occasion we had eaten our dessert when new freshly cooked paella style food was brought round at about 2100-2130. Had we known this was coming we would not have had our dessert. All staff were very polite, friendly and extremely helpful, every request however small was dealt with promptly. To be especially commended were the pool staff who were very attentive...always immediately coming to help put up the (large!) sunshades, and Javier who drove the shuttle bus and was especially friendly and helpful. Although the hotel was out of Sitges this did not pose a problem for us, as taxis (10euros) were always available or the shuttle or local bus was an alternative option. Once in Sitges the train is an easy journey into Barcelona. The hotel was always very clean, there was a good games area (pool tables, board games, darts, big TV) in the spacious hotel lounge. Our rooms had great views over the sea and local area. We could hear the regular train, but it did not disturb us. Overall, a great hotel, with a lot of attention to detail and we will definately be back.

The property of this resort is beautiful, it's huge, nice views on the sea, it has a great swimming pool area and a beautiful garden. Rooms are large, great views if you book a sea view room and have very comfortable beds. But the staff is in a constant state of panic and chaos. It started with a very slow and confusing check-in procedure where two ladies were constantly arguing in Spanish with each other. We were lucky a senior couldn't stand it any longer and finished the check-in procedure in a few seconds. Next day we ordered room service but three ordered items were missing, subsequently room service didn't answer the phone for 10 minutes. During the day chaotic scenes at the bar to order some lunch and even check out was slow. The bar and room service is expensive, therefor you really may expect better service. Anyways, not sure to come back. And that's a shame as it could be a fantastic resort so close to Barcelona.

We come here for many years now, this year even twice. But reservation desk has never been so bad. Already at easter we were promised sea view family room but upon arrival their was availibility unless we'd pay. After a lot if dsicussion we finally obtained our sea view room which really meant partial sea view and partial dustbins view. At the same time I booked our summer holidays which is basically twice the price per night. After asking the possibilty of adding a second room, the guy completely misunderstood and made me a second reservation. His english was really rudimental. Also when I asked for a room as far as possible in the corridor, indeed otherwise everybody passes in front of your room and is very noisy, the guy replied to me that all their rooms were in the corridor. I thought I was on candid camera. When I asked for somebody who could actually speak english it was not possible. It took me about 4 emails to cancel the second reservation and the guy was really rude in his mail. I do hope to bump into the manager while I'm there and I do hope to get an upgrade of our room. This time a descent one. We come back here every year to meet with two other families and spend a lot of money at the hotel. This is really unacceptable.

Room tip: At the end of the corridor in the last building, insist on that...

We stayed here for 4 nights as a part of a conference.
There is a huge conference complex as part of the hotel with amazing view on the sea.

We loved our room, which was spacious, clean had a huge bathroom and pool view.
The breakfast (my favourite part) was spectacular: fresh fruit, muesli, nuts, seeds,juices, tea+coffee, English breakfast, cheeses, cold cuts, pastries -all excellent quality! I appreciate when a hotel does not try to save money on the breakfast.
There are great facilities, lounge areas, indoor and outdoor pools, spa, deli, bar, play area etc.
Even though we were attending the conference 4- 6 hours a day we felt like we were on real, relaxing holiday.
The sea is not far away either and the town is very pretty as well.
