This is a good budget place. It is actually a student house which doubles as a hostel in holiday periods. Be aware that it is quite far from the city centre and be prepared to spend 30 minutes to 1 hour to get to most of Barcelona's attractions and from/to the airport by public transport. Rooms are small, but reasonably comfortable, mine had two single beds. Room service is limited to once in 3 days. Breakfast is OK, the quality of the ingredients is average, the choice is good. Apparently smoking is allowed in some rooms and the smell of smoke spreads through the corridors, which can be quite disgusting. On a positive side, you can use the very nice sports centre across the street for free - it has indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sauna, whirlpool tennis courts, even an indoor climbing wall.

Excellent quality/price relationship! Very very good breakfast and dinner! Pool in terrace with fantastic views to the city. Fridge on the bedrooms. Frequent buses to the city centre (including night). Highly recommendable for young couples or friends!
