This Barcelona hotel offers a unique service and views in the city. In the first offer friendly service, fresh and modern without forgetting the luxury of Starwood. And the views, seeing the photos of the hotel there is nothing to say. Hotel rooms are not very big but very comfortable, nice and modern. The hotel has several restaurants, bars, swimming pool, even a club on the 25th floor. If you like the new type of luxury without excess of date, this is your hotel.

I stayed here with a friend for 4 nights when Barca was in the middle of a cold snap - everyone kept telling us it was never that cold. You have to check out the Eclipse bar on the 26th floor, the cocktails are great to go with the view, coming from London the prices were very reasonable. Have a meal in the Bravo restaurant as well, it's well worth the prices with a great welcome platter, I can recommend the crispy pork main as well. All the staff we came across and interacted with were friendly and helpful with even the smallest question or request.
The view from the room was stunning - the only downside was the bathroom set up - there isn't a lot of privacy which wasn't ideal when travelling with a friend rather than a partner.
One surprise was the lack of free wifi - I have stayed in many hotels in less developed countries which include this throughout the hotel (with or without a password) and expected a hotel like this to have such a simple service.

I stayed here for one night. I can see why some people may like it. Striking architecture, very modern. It wasn't however for me. The staff had no class. And the whole feel of the place was that it was too trendy, when in fact most of the guests were merely vulgar

Cocktails in the Eclipse bar/nightclub are 12 Euros each- mixed with such panache they are great value; every room, and I am here with a conference of over 200 people, each with their own room, is lovely, with a view of the Med and/or the harbour. The food is superb and the staff friendly. Don't expect Ritz Carlton style service (there are 473 rooms after all) but at our dinner tonight (a conference) the waiter introduced herself by name, the food was good, and the service seamless and swift. Good conference hotel but I will come back on my own money as I found the service excellent.
