Excellent location, near metro and buses, 10-15 Mint walk to tourist sites, reception 24 hours, spacious apartments with modern design.

The apartment was really nice and clean. We had most of things we need in the kitchen and bathroom. We always bring our own shampoo and soap when we travel so make sure you bring yours too. The apartment is situated in a nice neightborhood and convenient to most of the famous attractions. There is a mercat (food market) close by so if you like to cook a little bit it's pretty convenient. We went to several nice restaurants close to where we staying and they all have excellent food and service. Overall we all like the apartment and we definitely recommend this apartment to everyone.

We arrived at tea time on Boxing Day, expecting a disappointing place to stay. Whilst it was advertised as 'near the Ramblas', this was not quite the case, but two metro stops from it. The two bedroomed apartment slept six. This meant that one of our children slept in the lounge on a very large double bed settee. The apartment was large and roomy with a modern kitchen area equipped with a modern hob, oven and microwave oven. The furniture was modern IKEA designed and tasteful. There were two bathrooms one with a bath, the other with a shower. Two hairdryers were also provided. The Metro station was within 3 minutes walking distance. If you required basic essentials , these were available at a number of small shops within a one minute walking distance. For price I would give 5/ 5. However, overall I would give 4/5. Be prepared to walk.

they have 2 properties in Barcelona and we stayed in 163 villarroel. there is no reception at this hotel and you have to go to another hotel which is 10 to 15 min by taxi from this hotel to collect your keys which is quite inconvenient. the location is OK and metro station ( hospital clinic ) is 5 min walk. no room service and no restaurant. 2 bedrooms with a kitchen and drawing/living room. you have to pay to get your room or kitchen cleaned and bed sheets changed. one of the bed was broken and we complained to the reception of the other hotel but they did not fix it and we had to keep the mattress on the floor and sleep for the entire week. we paid 750 euro for a week and felt that it was too high at the end of the stay.
