The place is nice and clean (except one: color of the furniture covers (sofa and chairs) is white and dirt is very visible). Apartments had a small balcony towards the courtyard with great 2 trees and restaurant that closes at 11 pm. You could hear outside noise of construction works that starts early in the morning, also restaurant noise in the evening. However it wasn't a big problem for us and our daughter (5 yo) and you could savour the local atmosphere. Staff were friendly and helpful (24h).
Location: here you are 5-7 minutes from the beach, 10-12 minutes from the Metro, 2 minutes from the Rambla del Poblenou. Rambla had everything you need - stores, restaurants, bars, coffee shops. The location is away from the main tourist area but we liked that. Anyway you can take the metro or taxi which will have you in the down town in about 10-15 minutes.
