We stayed a week at the Catedral Hotel in Valladolid. It's a small hotel - around 25 rooms. The rooms aren't huge, but they are clean and comfortable. The bathrooms are bigger than some European hotels. Ask for the rooms 103, 203 or 303 - they are at the end of the hallway and bigger and quieter than the others. The 4th floor rooms only have skylights - no regular windows. They have air-conditioning and an elevator.
The location near the Cathedral isn't in the middle of the action, but it's only a 5 minute walk to the main plaza. Most of the restaurants are around the main plaza.
They have valet parking, but the valet isn't always available and the parking garage is not very close if you need to get your own car.
The staff was friendly and attentive, but they didn't speak much English.
We used the computer at their sister hotel next door for free internet access.
