Get a sea view if possible and 5th floor upwards is the best. Very comfortable beds, room very good and kept very clean. Good hotel location for promenading along the seafront or 10 mins walk in to the centre of town.

Breakfast was just amazing, you could not ask for more variety or quality. All the staff were always very cheerful and helpful.

The hotel pool water was lovely and warm and I also swam in the sea every day. The area around the pool was good for sunbathing as it was very sheltered.

The weather in Las Palmas can be a little cloudy, but it was 24°+ in ther eveings in December. Perfect

PROS
Great location on the Las Canteras beach/promenade. Free parking on the hotels premises, although limited the doormen do a great job organising the cars. Good buffet breakfast (hot and cold) including freshly squeezed orange juice and cava. Comfortable beds. Free high speed wi-fi. The hotel is very quiet at night and with rather comfortable beds the sleeping quality is very good. Good areas for sunbathing by the rooftop pool and at the designated area on the beach.

CONS
Some of hotel's interior is dated and especially the bathrooms are in desperate need of renovation. Our toilet had a urinal smell. Corners and fittings are dirty and there are stains looking like mould in the bathroom. We had booked a room with sea view and a large balcony. Our room was on the 1st floor and the sea view was more or less blocked by the restaurant on the ground floor. Due to the construction of the property we did not have any sun on the balcony during our stay in end of December.

This hotel is a good alternative if you want/have to stay in Las Palmas. Otherwise there are much better alternatives on the islands within the same budget.

Stayed here for a week in December. Nice hotell just a few meters from the Canteras beach. I was happy about almost everything here. It's quiet and tidy, the staff were ok but they almost used half an hour to check us in. The standard rooms are small but well furnished. Breakfast buffet is great and the restaurant at the 8th floor is recomended. The hotel has private sunbeds at the beach free of charage and they also provide beachtowels. Free WiFi in all rooms witch worked great.

Start you day with a glas of cava and excellent breakfast, then head out to the beach where hotel has it's own area with chairs. Some shopping in Muelle centre near by or local shops, also SPAR is very near for bears and ice cream. Had also buffet which I can highly recommed. Poolin the rooftop has rather few chairs, but it's too hot there anyway.
