We arrived late in the evening, and as we had told the hotel on beforehand, they had arranged a light meal in the room on arrival - having travelled the whole day this was superb!The Brahms room was nice and what we had ordered, but we were upgraded to the Gershwin suite, to the same cost as Brahms. Just wonderful, our own terrasse with shower, two bathrooms !! Nice staff, good location and a perfect place to relax in a busy city. Thank you Hotel Palacio Ca Sa Galesa, we`ll be back!

We stayed for three nights at the very end of november. I stayed in many hotels in my life - and this was one of the very best experiences ever! What a lovely place, fantastic location, perfect services and very friendly staff. We we always come back to this incredible Hotel whenever in Mallorca. The Beach, the sights, the restaurants; everyhting in walking distance. The pool, the rooftop terrace and the bicycles are just of few of the sensational extras. You won't regret staying here....

Having travelled all over the world and stayed in all kinds of hotels, I must say this was one of the best ever. We were there for 8 nights so we got to know every nook and cranny of the place. From the room, to the library (open fire), to the patio (peaceful), to the rooftop terrace (spectacular), to the free afternoon tea and cake, the hotel is absolutely wonderful. To top it all, the service at reception is incredible - very friendly, professional and always there when you need them but not intrusive when you don't. They were able to make fantastic recommendations for restaruants. The only tiny negative would be the breakfast which is not really in line with a five-star hotel standard, but you don't have to take it and there are plenty of cafes with great breakfast nearby. I would unreservedly recommend this hotel to anyone, it was a wonderful week!

This is not the first time we have stayed at this fantastic hotel in the old part of the City of Palma and it will certainly not be the last. The staff, some of whom have been there for many years, are more than helpful and always polite. Nothing seems to be to much trouble. The room we had (Gershwin) was delightful and very comfortable and quiet. There is not a better place to stay in order to explore Palma and its shops and sample its culinary delights.
