We had a great time at this hotel. The location is easy to find and it is just out of the rate race of the middle of the town. The bus stop into the city takes 10-12 minutes (catch bus 5 or 25) and the bus stop is right outside the hotel. It's EASY!!!

The hotel is spotless and the facilities there are top notch. Furthermore, the staff there are the most professional that i had encountered in Europe. Especially a young guy by the name of Gongaza. He took the time out and helped us book Real Madrid tickets for the next day, then give us detailed instructions on how to get to the ground. He's a champion.

Would recommend this place to anyone.

Very pleased with the hotel and decor. The service was great - really friendly staff and helpful. The room was lovely - the only down side was that the linens only got changed when we actually asked for them to be.
The breakfast was ok - typical buffett style. Im sure if we went during busy time that the hotel would be much better. It seems more of an executives hotel rather than a family hotel.
Very good bus services, with a bus stop right outside the hotel, and not far from the main supermarket (20 mins).

This new hotel was more than we hoped for. Our first 2 nights in Europe were spent here and it was extremely comfortable in every respect: The desk clerk was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable. The location is convenient to the bus, which makes it very easy to get downtown if you don't want to make the 15 minute walk. When a rowdy group came in at 1 a.m. yelling, singing, and dancing on the next balcony, a call to the desk brought a quick response.

Hotel rooms and facilities arevery nice, but there is no way possible that the hotel is 1km from the beach.. It is a 10 min bus ride to the beach and 15 mins into town. Great if your there for buisenss but not if your on a beach holiday..
