Despite we chose presidential suite, many things are missing to make this hotel acceptable in a reasonable standard: poor choice from room service, mediocre house keeping, tiny elevator, old shower, lack of noise isolation, old towels, etc. However the friendliness of receptionists are appreciated.

Gran Hotel might be a bit misleading but it is a great old building in a close side street next to everything in Zaragoza. The rooms are a mixed of new and traditional. We stayed in a junior suite with 2 adults and a kid with a great view on the alley. There are plenty of places around to eat out and comparing to other hotels in Zaragoza NH has a great ration price/quality.

We stayed one night on the presidential suite, The room was huge we were 6 people and we manage all to sleep without disturbing each other, 2 bathrooms, a service area, dining area 3 TV, Dressing area.
Breakfast was good, served in a big room with plenty of choice for continental & a la carte for cook items.
The hotel look like need it a bit of modernization and some of the staff could smile.
Overall good hotel

The rooms were basic but nice enough. Staff was friendly. My Spanish is not great so it was a bit challenging to communicate with the staff here but we got by fine. The location was great.
