For an expensive 4* star hotel, i expected following to be given or included, which unfortunately were not and never in the past, included in their prices/packages.

1. Internet is EURO 17.85 additional to the rate for a day. YES!!! No free wifi in room for you in this 4* hotel.
2. No complementary bottle of water or any thing like that. If you dare to ask the receptionist you will get following answer ''there is Shampoo''.
3. No coffee/tea kettle in the room. There are so many 3* hotels providing this in their rooms, but here you have to order & pay. And I dont want to quote the charges, ask for your self if you dare to come.
4. Old style philips television. Yes, no LCD/LED. (ok, its no big deal), but then again, it is some thing that is expected in a 4* hotel. (am I wrong here?)

I hope that I am not being unreasonable in highlighting above points and expect the management of nH hotel to listen to its guests and also see what is happening around the world.
I am just coming from another 4* hotel in Munich 'Leonardo Royal Hotel' and paid Euro 108 for a double bed room inclusive of breakfast and had all of following free of charge.
Air Conditioning, Iron, Ironing Facilities, Hairdryer, Bathroom Amenities, Laptop Safe Box, LCD /Plasma /Flat-screen TV, Tea/Coffee Maker.

Long story short.... Hotel says Bed & Breakfast and it strictly means, clean good bed and good breakfast. For other things, there ar rip-off surcharges waiting for you and No mercy!

Rooms are large, bathroom is small, with shower in the bathtub. Rooms are in good condition, seemed recently renovated. Parking garage under the hotel (but costs EUR 12,-). Location is perfect, just near the city center. We slept well, but do not forget to put your card key in the holder near the door. Without that you cannot adjust the airco. Breakfast seems expensive at EUR 17,- but it was very, very good. Children pay less. All in all a good hotel and easy to reach from the highway.

expensive soft drinks in hotel bar but good choice at breakfast. near to town facilities, roughly 10 mins walk to Bahnhof/ bus stations but many buses stop near hotel for outer areas of town, Areva, Siemens etc

Ideal business hotel. Good location, food excellent and clean comfortable rooms.

Staff very helpful and polite.

Would stay here again, handy fir work and shops etc. 10 minute walk to train station (Nuremberg 20mins away).

Only negatives:
Internet is very expensive and the free access is limited to 30 minutes and was tricky to access.

Odd smell outside the hotel each day, not sure if it was from drains or rubbish bins.
