We stayed at this hotel for one night on our way to Italy. Holiday Inn is definitely not a posh boutique hotel, but I think it offers the best value in Baden-Baden and is an ideal place for a stopover.The rooms are squeaky-clean and new. They are not big, but we stayed with a kid and a baby and still had enough room. The beds felt very comfortable. The staff was very polite and welcoming. And the included breakfast was quite plentiful. The hotel is close to the centre so it was very easy to explore the city (which is not big as it is) by foot. Overall, a great stay.

It's our third time in this hotel. This time I took my parents to Baden-Baden and this was a suitable place to stay. As a Priority Club member I usually get a free drink in the bar of the hotel. Though the hotel is not at the centre of the town, it is 15 minutes walk in a beautiful area. The room is simple, but it has everything you need. Breakfast has a lot of items to choose from. The views from the windows are terrific! When we had time we walked to the lake behind the hotel and feed fish there.
Positive things: 1) quite close to the centre and to the Thermen; 2) appropriate breakfast; 3) nice surroundings, 4) friendly staff, speaking many languages.
Next time I am in Baden-Baden, I am again in this Holiday Inn

We had just came back from a 9 nights in Holliday Inn Express. I have to say that in all the stay was good. There are some small issues that have to be said:
The rooms are small and there is no closet in the room.When we had the suplimentary bed for the children, there was no more space in the room.
The bedding were not changed in all 9 nights.- this was not nice.
Breakfast was of in the first days. But when you eat 9 days the same salami, cheese, fruit salad, cereals it is not very nice. They should think at least variating the content of the plates. And more of there is no warm breakfast - no omelette, no sausages, no any.

I will gladly come back here for short stay but never for more than 3 nights.

We have just had 4 nights at the holiday inn. Very clean rooms. The bedroom was a good size. Breakfast was very good and a very good selection of meats and cheese. Staff where very helpfull. Also good location to the town centre a 10 minute walk. Would definitly stay here again.
