happened upon this place on a round Europe tour, pulled into a little square, and walked in. Asking in my best Franglais for a room, the girls behind the desk let me struggle just long enough before replying in their native English tongue, very funny ladies ! Great value, a nice room, and good local knowledge, which helped. We left the hotel at 6am to take the trip to the top of Mont Blanc, and the staff were happy for us to either leave out cases in the room, or reception, they couldn't have been more helpful.

We loved this little hotel. The location was fantastic, and the view from our room was unbelievable. We stayed here twice - driving north we stopped and found that they had rooms, so we spent one night. We continued on our trip the next day. When we decided to head back south, we both immediately said "let's to back to Chamonix" - and fortunately we were able to get a room at the Hotel Le Chamonix again. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The rooms were clean and had everything you need, but no frills. The best part is the price, the location, and THE VIEWS!!! Waking up to see Mont Blanc right there was phenomenal. We loved it, and will definitely be back.

The room was large and clean and the staff were very accommodating letting us check in at 10 am on arrival and use a room to shower and change at 6pm on departure, a great location, and fine if your not worried about a dated interior and no frills. We would certainly book again but next time try to get a room on the side of the hotel with the balconies overlooking the square
