I must admit that maybe it was my mistake when I made a reservation there because I didn't read any reviews about this hotel. When we arrived to the hotel receptionist was very surprised that we have a reservation. I was afraid that they didn't have our reservation. But everything was ok. Two years ago we were in Paris and I expected that room would be rather small, but it was ok for us. I didn't like the wardrobe because it was like a hole in the wall with very bad smell. Bathroom was clean with all amenities. Breakfast was quite poor and didn't change during our 11-nights stay. The most interesting thing began two days after our arrival: every two or three days there were groups of teenagers, they were screaming and knocked in our door at nights and hotel staff didn't do anything. There were no free table at breakfast and no clean dish. Finally I asked to move to another hotel and they offered me Du Midi hotel (which is belong to the same hotel chain) but it was fully booked. Despite this fact the location is good, very close to the central railway station and not far away from the center of the city. Anyway, I won't stay there again and I will never recommend this hotel to anybody.

I really don´t understand how this hotel achieved to get it´s 3 stars, but they don´t deserve it. The room was small, the bathroom was dirty, and the bed was uncomfortable. Staff were ok though. The only positive thing I can say, is that it´s close to the railway station, which were convenient for us. We stayed only one night, and travelled early to the airport the following day.

In the worst part of Nice with really dodgy people. Staff are rude and the rooms are falling apart! Was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at and i wouldn't want to see the state of the 22 hotels rated worse in Nice.

I arrived to this hotel booked by a tour company I'm touring Europe with. For one, we had to go into an awful part of town, got spat on coming in, had to carry my luggage up 5 flights because the elevator can get stuck with too much weight, and then walked into our rooms. They smelled awful, had poop left in some toilets, had wet beds, bugs, etc. While within walking distance to the beach and downtown, you have to walk through a part of town that women feel very uncomfortable (due to explicit gestures, whistling, etc). The air conditioning barely works and there are many flies. Not to mention witnessing drug deals outside.
