Rooms too hot ,no aircon .faulty electrics trip switch kept going off.loud noise all night from back streets.not feeling secure in rooms as easy access from street.no body in hotel from reception after ten.just not secure or safe .very very poor.wouldn't stay there again if I was payed

BEWARE: This hotel doesn't show up on driving maps! It is on Place Portalet, a walking path. Rue Limans, the stated address, does not allow cars. There is no parking. If you have a car, you must park about 3 blocks away and carry your luggage to the hotel. Very dated, no a/c. Room 9 (on 2nd floor) was quiet since it didn't face the traffic of the nearby streets. Room size was approx 8'x 10', not including bathroom. Bed was lumpy and tired, as were pillows. No lift, a problem for those with heavy suitcases.

Nice breakfast in the morning for 6.5 euros.

Don't think I would stay there again. Although the location near the old town is good, there are much nicer hotels for similar price with nicer amenities in Hyeres.

Had huge suitcase as traveling, but as on 2nd floor (long way up steep stairs) the manager very kindly let us decant what we needed for one night into small bags, and we were led up the woodchipped staircase to our rooms. To say I was disappointed was an understatement. Tiny single rooms with a loo cut out of the main room and a massive plastic shower with lots of gismos that didn't work (obviously a bulk buy as my friend had one too...). Tired carpet and the same awful woodchip...I thought the thing was nowadays to provide a room that the owner would want to stay in....I dare him/her to stay one night there.
Staff very pleasant however, couldn't fault them!

I chose this hotel for its location. Well situated, in the heart of the medieval city of Hyeres, I felt it would be an excellent choice. I encountered night bugs that ate me up and I was unable to use my bathroom, due to a reflux issue! These bugs were a type of big fleas with hooks on their sides. I've had to be treated by urgent care due to a secondary type infection.

There is no elevator, no security, no AC. I was extemely disappointed to say the least.
