I had to cancel the last two nights of my reservation, due to the poor cleanless and missing a parking place. For the cancelation I received nothing, any paper to confirm this from the reception desk where I made the cancelation. It is in a complet oposition with Etap Hotel in Challes les Eaux which was excellent!

Had to share a bed as they didn't have two singles, both of us came away with bed bug bites. Don't go here!
